CHANG FEE MING

A man, wearing the white kopia (skull cap) of the faithful, finds shelter in the shadow of his boat. He looks toward the sea. At a distance from him, a woman rests a strong, hardworking hand on the rich, regal blue of her sarong. The monsoon has left the sand strewn with dry grasses and brown coconuts. The winds of change may blow, but life, with its joys and pains, will continue.
